Don't get scared when you see the admission prices. There are some great deals to be had.
On Sunday at 2:30, there is a "Introduction to Parrots" Workshop. It only costs 5 $ a person to attend. That includes visiting the vendors. If you only want to see the vendors, that is 2 $.
It is done by this group: http://www.bluebirdlearning.com/
I attended last year, and it was wonderful. Debbie Johnston came with 2 hyacinth macaws and a cockatoo, and the birds were very entertaining. The macaws know at which point they get to open a macademia nut, and they were all excited. Anybody who wanted, got to hold the birds.
Here are some pictures of the workshop:

People bring their own parrots to the conference, and that is great because you get to see so many different parrots.

On Saturday, there is a workshop by Dr. Taylor, one of the best avian vets in the country. Anybody who registers can ask one question with their registration. That workshop is 20 $
There are other seminars available, just look at the website if you are interested.
