Oh yes, I can put a Border Collie on one instead of that little dog.
I hand paint them. I have been an artist for 68 years. It's what I do for a living.
I do canvas art, greeting cards, (Christmas and blank note cards) pet portraits and did wall murals for many years in many states. I have sold my artwork to people in every state in the US, some in Canada, Germany, Italy, England, Wales and Jordan.
My motto is:
I paint ALMOST anything on ALMOST anything.
I do stall signs for horses and all kinds of signs for people. The only thing that would ever stop me is that it has to be legal and moral, if not, I won't paint it. I actually have had a few people ask for things I refused to paint. Oh, and I do not do human portraits. For humans, there is nothing prettier than a well done photograph.

No problem!! The thought was mentioned on another thread. I was just playing in "Paint", and wondered what others might come up with.

Can someone tell me how you make them? I want to learn to make cool halloween siggys and other holiday ones.

Majj made most of the toon siggies here. She uses Photo Shop Pro 9, (PSP9).

Its Not really photo shop its a program called animation shop also by corel draw that came with psp if you do get the software make sure it has animation shop included.
