My Harley goes crazy for the Plan Tortilla Chips. The kind you buy for salsa. Each morning we give her one to eat while we eat or breakfast. She always does the same thing. Grabs the chip and starts with kissy sounds and finish the whole thing including every crumb.
I would like to continue to give them to her each morning as this has become her favorite food but I am not sure a daily diet of this is good for quakers. What do you think?

No not good daily as they are high in salt. A tiny piece of one once in awhile isn't bad but not every day and not a whole one!
Make her some toast instead, whole grain is best. She'll still get the crunch texture but healthier!

Maybe you could get some corn taco shells and break off a piece of one of those to give to her instead of a tortilla chip. Mine like those a lot when we have tacos, and she won't know it's not a chip!

Thanks, I should have know if she likes something so much it would not be good.
I will try the corn taco and I will also try some grain muffin for her breakfast

Taco shells are just as bad in my opinion

I'd try something healthier, Casey always gets a tiny piece of the crust off my toast in the morning, she always gets super excited lol

iPosha is the same way about tortilla chips but they are not good for parrots. There are high in salt and oil, which is bad for birds. I would not give chips to your bird every day but it's ok as a special treat. Did you try to give plain cheerios to your quaker? Mine loves them! and they do not have any salt and oil and are whole grain. And iPosha loves they shape

You could get some good quality soft tortillas, fry them in palm or coconut oil, break them up, and then bag them. I think that would be a good healthy snack and they would keep forever.
I popped popcorn in palm oil. I then added some hot paprika. I've had the popcorn bagged for several months now. They love a piece or two of popcorn before they go to bed.
