I prefer not to ship them. So I am in Northeast Arkansas. I would agree to meet someone if it isn't too far away. This is extremely hard to do but here goes.

Anyway I am not wanting pity. I am needing to rehome some of my babies. It has been just one thing after another for the last year and now this. Last Sunday I had to be rushed to the ER because I could not breath. I had a flu shot on Thursday and it seemed to have thrown me into bronchitis and whatever else. I was running 102 fever aching and hurting all over. Then came the not being able to breath part. Which was horrible. They admitted me because they could not keep my oxygen sats above 95. They were runnin in the low 85s to 88s. I was hospitalized for a week. Home now with oxygen. Been diagnosed with asthma. The drs. do not think my birds are the cause but with me having so many I think it would be best to find homes for a few of them. I can't bare to part with my quakers. I do have Melon he is an rescue IRN. Absolutely, a sweetheart and talks nonstop. He is beautiful. He is scared of hands but will happily step up and run to your shoulder and ride around. He loves to give kisses. He will find a toy or a treat and bring it to you in exchange for a kiss. I also have Petey a sun conure. Petey is my baby. He is beautiful and sweet. He doesn't like to be petted but will not get very far away from his human. He is very protected and does not hesitate to run a predator off of his territory. He and Kibbles my quaker babies are extremely bonded but I think he will be ok if he goes to someone that will spend alot of one on one attention with him. He laughs and loves to give loves to you. Petey loves to hang from one toe upside down and swing. I really do need to bring myself to part with at least one quaker but it will be extremely hard to do. Parting with any of these guys are going to be extremely difficult on me but I am only 41 and would like to live a long and productive life. I think I can keep my birds cages cleaner if I less cages to clean. So here I am. I love all of these as my babies. I will ONLY let them go to a good home that I know and trust will give them a forever home and love them like I do. I prefer not to ship. Please send me an email if you are interested and we will talk.

Thanks to you all!

I am so sorry. I do understand from first hand experience though. Health issues was why I rehomed my birdies but at least Von and Paula give me updates on them and that makes it a little easier. I wish you the best of luck with finding wonderful homes and hopefully someone from here can help you out. I also will keep you in my prayers that you are on the way to recovery. Hugs to ya.
