I think that when you have a bird or birds you have to expect that they will be noisy and silly. His vocabulary will develop in no time @ all. I really enjoy my bird and the noise he makes. In fact when he is quiet I miss it so much. It brings a tropical atmosphere to my home. My bird says some of the following phrases

Good Boy
I Love You
Hello
What you doin?
Mittonio (the cat's name)
Kitty Kitty Kitty
Daniel- My fiance's name
I'm Sweet!
I'm sweet pea!
You're Cute!
Come ere !
Step Up !
No No No No No !
Owwww !
Meoow!

He is learning more and more everyday and the best time to work with your bird to teach him phrases is while you hand feed them in the morning smile.gif
Good Luck!
