I'm sitting here at work and I looked down and noticed just how much a mess my hands are. laugh.gif Besides the calluses from playing various stringed instruments, I have numerous scratches and parrot wounds and as fast as some of them heal, somebody replaces them with new ones. My mom's always been particular about her hands and keeps her nails nice and all that, and I'm a tomboy and a musician and hands are for using, not decorating, so I guess it all works out. biggrin.gif One cannot be fussy about one's hands when one spends hours every day being a parrot perch.

Ditto! Sometimes it suprises me when I notice how many little scars dot my hands and arms...

Little Max's mommy said us guys are supposed to rub lotion on their hands to keep them girly girl soft. Makes sense to me. cool.gif
