oh my gosh i am crying again......... ok wellshe had cancer and died she was an african grey. had cancer just like my two cats. she died in her sleep she didnt wake up so I waited and then night came and i couldnt sleep so i came downstairs took her out of the cage and found her dead. she was very loving if even a stranger came she would kiss them and it would be so cute I had two names for her one was cookie. and every time i said cookie she would say I love you cookie.

thank you all for your replies i was told she was just a bird but to me she was like a parent she was always there for me and now i have no one to make me laugh she has made a place in my heart. she meant so much to me I would of given up my own life for her and her beak had a life of its own. I just hope shes happy in heaven were god will never ever let her die.

thanks for your suggestions my bird which was an african grey died when i was 8 that was like 4 yrs ago i think i am ready for a different bird now. do you have to teach the bird step up and down in its cage and will it fly away

I'm sorry you lost your loved grey, whether it was 4 yrs ago or 4 days ago. I lost mine 2 1/2 yrs ago and my heart's still broken.

As for the confusion, it might help to remember that Anjuli (Rolly) is only a child. I do believe she is 12.

Child or not ..I am suspicious over the truthfulness..If I am wrong I am sorry ..
